Is this issue still happening because I got the same error tonight when I tried to buy my Equifax score!!!

I'm having problems, too. I kept getting locked out of my account so many times that it closed altogether, and I was only one week into my 30 day ScoreWatch trial. Now I can't finish it because they say I already have used my trial. Smiley Sad

I checked with customer service and they show you canceled your Score Watch on 7/18 after ordering it on 7/13.  You won't be charged.  They can send you a new password and unlock your account if necessary.

Who the heck cancels a 30-day free trail seven days in, especially after buying a TransUnion report for full price? Perhaps someone on the other side canceled it for whatever reason, but it certainly wasn't done by me personally. Even if the account is unlocked, I've already bought my Equifax report & wouldn't need it right now. So should I try again in three months?
