What's up with myFico?

I'm trying to buy my updated report, I log in, it knows who I am has the right name, address and such.  I put in my cc information, it asks me to verify my identity by putting in my social security number, and when I do that it says that my number is already in the data base, please try to log in, but I'm ALREADY logged in, it knows who I am.  I tried logging in again and it does the same thing.  Help!

Have you ever created an alternate profile (e.g. for a spouse)? I sometimes make the mistake of trying to order via my wife's profile which returns a similar response.

Absent that, I'd call the CSR folks. It shouldn't be asking for your social if you've ordered before.
