When do I get 2 new reports?

When do I get 2 new reports for free? You get 2 per year, correct? Can anyone tell me when that starts over? Barry? :-)

Score Watch, right? You'll get two new reports after completing your first year of Score Watch and then every year thereafter.

Yes, they carry over. The cutoff each year is from the date you first ordered SW.

It's still showing only one SW report, despite me hitting my year. I should have 3 available. Can you please add the 2 reports I should have?

Your anniversary date is actually 9/1. You should have your additional reports then. Let me know if you don't see them after 9/1.
