Where is my 2nd report and one credit card reporting twice?

How do I access my second report?  Also, I have a credit card that appeared with the same exact amount increase separately like it is two seperate accounts?

Help!

Thank you

Hi jfp2150,

Welcome to the FICO Forums!  You only received one report with your Score Watch subscription because you canceled last year and then re-subscribed less than a year later.  I realize this probably wasn't made very clear to you so I added another report that you can access anytime before your current subscription expires.

As for those duplicate alerts, this has been happening pretty frequently lately and we're working with Equifax on fixing it.  It's highly unlikely that your account is duplicated on your report, though, so I wouldn't worry.

Hi john398,

Yes, that's why you didn't get yours.  And before you ask, we've added a free report for you. Smiley Wink

Where do you access these free ones?  I have score watch but don't see any way to get at my free ones?  I only got the first one when I first signed up.

Hi treeder,

Welcome to the Forums!

If you're resubscribing to SW within a year of your previous subscription you only get one report, not two.  However, there was an error recently where it was only giving you one report if you EVER subscribed to SW previously -- regardless of how long it had been.  This error has been fixed, but it doesn't look like you were given both reports.  We've now added another one for you.  Smiley Happy

Re: Where is my 2nd report and one credit card reporting twice?

Barry, my laptop screen broke, typing on phone, can't always see screen. Last month I wanted both reports but could not find 2 I thought I had left, so in a hurry paid 4 two. Saw email about renewal after that. Went in to remove credit card info so couldn't auto renew. No option to do so, could not tell if my bank info in there or not, only allowed new i fo option. Moved into new apt & started new job & found my very few $ taken out of acct for renewal. Got on to forum today, found # & called for refund & got it. She said it showed I had still had 2 free reports b4 renewal but now they disappear when cancel.Told her I was logged in last month & could not view option 4 free reports so had 2 buy new reports. What caused them to not be accessible when I needed them?

Hi StartinOver,

You didn't have those two additional reports last month because your SW subscription didn't renew until 12/11.  On 12/11 you were given two new reports as is the case every year when you renew.  Then you canceled later that same day without having pulled a new report, so now that you've canceled, they aren't available.
