I am not happy with Score Watch and tried to cancel, this is the response i received.
Your subscription began on 01-21-2010, your third payment will be charged to your credit card on 03-21-2010, and you may contact us to cancel your subscription after that date. Please Note: your subscription will continue and your credit card will be charged on 04-21-2010 if you do not contact us prior to that date.
So i have to wait and cancel again? I could have accepted another charge if you had agreed to go ahead and cancel after the charge on 3-21 I would not be posting this now. I have contacted you prior to 4-21 if i an charged after 3-21 it will be theft.
Your updates are too slow for my needs right now. All my pulls have the same information despite recent changes. So i am stuck paying for this and somewhere else where i can get current info.

Unfortunately, according to myFICO's minimum 3 monthly payment policy for Score Watch, you would need to contact them again between March and April 21st to cancel. The reason for this is that otherwise many people would enroll in Score Watch just to get the discounted report and score and then cancel immediately.
I realize this doesn't sound very customer friendly, though, and as a result will see that your subscription is canceled right away without you having to do anything further. Just let me know -- either here or by PM -- that you want to cancel for sure. Once you do, keep in mind that you'll lose access to any credit reports obtained through your Score Watch subscription, but you'll retain access to any alerts received.
I was not asking for it to be canceled early, just to set the date but you can do it now.

I now see that you again spoke to someone in customer service who this time agreed to cancel it for you after 3/20. If that's right I'll just leave it alone. Let me know if not.. Again, sorry for the difficulty.
