You would think myFico wouldn't engage in shady practice.

Let me start by saying this community is awesome.

I signed up for 10 day free ScoreWatch trial.

I requested they cancel it on Jan 14 through

https://www.myfico.com/help/contactus.aspx

Jan 15 I recieved email from them with following and I quote:

"Dear XXXX,

Thanks you for contacting myFICO. I have cancelled your subscription to Free Score Trial.

Thanks for trying myFICO's free trial of ScoreWatch.

Regards

XXXXXXX Burns,

myFCO Customer Care.

Fast forward 5 days, I got charged the monthly payment on Jan 21.

Sleazy bussiness.

When you sign up for MyFico's SW trial, It must be minimum of 3 months. If you allow it to bill you the first time, then you must keep it for 3 months minimum. At least that is my understanding of it.

If it was cancelled before the 10 day trial ended, then it could be some sort of a mistake. Contact them, and I am sure they will fix it.

And then what happened?  Did you call customer service?  What did they tell you?  When did your 10 day trial start?

They no longer have the 10 day trial thing going.  It's a 30 day trial... and it's monthly, not quaterly now.  I'd call customer service and advise them you have a billing issue.

Starting Score: 504
