how do I get my first Free Fico score ?

How do I receive my first FREE FICO score ?

 I have completed all the info requested till I got to the page prompting me to buy at least one score report from Equifax  for $15  or both companies for $31.   

What do I have to do on that page? I do not want to pay that monthly fee.

I saw from your previous post that you are subscribed to the ScoreWatch free trial. When you signed up under the free trial, you should have received your first EQ report, is this correct? The second included report won't be available during the trial.
