myFICO Dashboard issues

When I log in to myFICO, the dashboard screen shows the "loading" graphic, but fails to ever display any data for scores, reports, alerts, etc. Just "loading"...

Anyone else having this issue?

With these dashboard issues and no mobile app updates should we be given some type of compensation. I think the product will be great when actually completed but I'm paying for a service I don't have access to.

I am having the same issues. just signed up today for the 19.99 recurring and the dashboard will not even load. The representative told me i must update to windows 10 for it to work properly   i laughed... i own an IT company and windows 10 is in beta and not being released officially for consumer use until next year. Its unfortunate that noone is taking responsibility with the issues and saying the people that are having issues are because of outdated systems. i will give it a few hours before i ask for a refund.....

Still not working for me and have been trying periodically throughout the day (going on 7 hours now). If it's working for some and not others, it's most likely a network issue on myFico's part. Hope they get it working soon, I'd like to be able to print out 3 new reports and bring them with me to a meeting I have in an hour.

Just logged in again and it still wasn't working. I refreshed the page after a couple of minutes and it's back working (here anyway). I logged out and back in again and it seems fixed. I can't speak for the entire site, but at least the Dashboard is working for me now.
