The fact that the missing collections are medical bills shouldn't matter, either in terms of appearing on your myFICO report or a mortgage lender's. Is your TU report from myFICO also dated 9/1/09? If the myFICO report was pulled more recently, I would suggest getting another report directly from TU to compare, although this one will probably cost you.
While it's not unusual for there to be differently formatted reports, the collection information as of the same date should be the same for TU reports pulled from myFICO and TU.
