myFICO??? What is this???

Charged me twice for all three scores...claimed card was declined twice...yet was clearly debited from my account twice...and never gave me scores? Whats going on????

Call customer service. There were some site problems the other day, that could be the case... you'd have gotten an error message. You specifically got a 'payment declined' message... not an error or one saying you had no reports/scores?

Yes...got the same msg twice. Card declined. then went to Bank web site to see ehat was going on and it should two debits from myfico for same amount. WIll call CS.

I have to say, I think they've got a good CS department here. They've always worked with me, and I couple of times I wound up with a free score pull, when I was asking about something completely different.
