Worldwide, 70% of all notebooks, cell phones, tablets, etc are Android O.S. and all you want to do is cater to the iSheep people? Come on, give the Android users, 70% of your worldwide market the app.
Today I received a call from myFico concerning the renewal of my subscription. I told her I will not be renewing my subscription until there's an android app. I think we need to start forcing the issue or nothing will ever get done. Credit karma has an app and it's a crappy free site.
Credit Karma isn't such a crappy site. It provides:
PROS:
1) Transunion & Equifax credit score monitoring
2) Weekly credit report updates
3) Full access to your credit reports
4) SMS and Email alerts for credit file monitoring
5) Forums full of helpful people
6) Free Android Credit Karma App
7) Uses Vantage 3.0 which only seems to differ from Fico 8.0 by a few points
Which is totally acceptable to me as it is in the same neighborhood if not
the same block.
8) FREE .. 100% totally FREE
CONS:
1) No Experian credit file monitoring yet
Why did I just resubscribe to MyFico? Good question.

A few points? I don't know where you're getting that information from
Indeed just a few points. One would think after reading my post that I recieved my information from my Credit Karma account. I apologize if my opinion or experience has ruffled your feathers. Let me further elaborate so as to clear up any confusing facts by also including my Credit.com account info. Tho this site is bland and offers nothing of value other than a score. It uses Vantage3.0 as well and I consider it to be accurate.
MyFico Scores:
EQ - 666 Trans-713 EXP-692
Credit Karma
EQ-672 Trans-704
Credit.com
EXP-693
All of these scores are within 9 points of MyFico. I feel comfortable stating that the scores are within a few points of each other. If paying for a service that is provided elsewhere for free makes you feel better informed or somehow superior to your peers then by all means stay your course. If you like saving money so you can buy cool stuff .. then take a look. They have a really cool free app too and you don't have to buy a $800 iPhone to use it either. Oh yea, when you want to cancel your account you don't have to call a call center during hours that are convenient for them and be subjected to a high pressure sales pitch to keep giving them your money.
Like I said before, I apologize if my opinion or experience has ruffled your feathers. But opinions and experiences are what the forums are all about. Thank you for sharing yours with us Jackie and I wish you the best of luck securing that mortgage.
