MyFico is reporting late payments that the credit bureaus and the company have as current. I had one supervisor share this was a known issue and credited a trouble ticket but the rep who called me back tried to send me back to the credit bureaus. I explained again the credit bureaus and the company said they could not dispute what they don't have listed and the call went no where. They keep stating they get the information from the bureaus but on 2 calls 2 different people looked at my credit report and seen the information they have is NOT on my credit report but no one is willing to take action to remove it!
This has to be a violation and a way to report myFico for reporting incorrect information, which can cause decline for mortages, credit cards, or car loans.

I would double check that your actual reports from: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action aren't reporting this information, I'd pull all three reports and check for inaccuracies
if there is a discrepancy between your actual reports from: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action and myFICO, hopefully myFICO support will be able to help
myFICO aren't actually reporting anything, they're only showing you what is 'being reported' and if there is a discrepancy between what is 'actually being reported' and what myFICO is showing you, they will surely want to get that cleaned up, you're not to first to report something like this
I'm having the same exact issue and I have verified that my Equifax report does not have this information. Equifax is showing that I have 0 collections to dispute but Myfico is showing that I have 2 judgements to dispute.
