If myFICO can't verify you through the online process then you do have to call in to complete the purchase.

Thanks for responding. What would trigger that? The acct.(his one and only acct.) is for my DH who has had two prior 3b report subscriptions, I believe the first 3b report was in Jan 2019 and another sometime in March/April 2019.  Does that mean he will have to call in and verify each and everytime or did this verification process take care of that?  He was giving me the side-eye the whole time, just had 3 wisdom teeth cut out...fun stuff.  If I had known before hand I wouldn't have done that to him but my pymt was pending so........oops
