myfico sight does not work - HELP!!!!

I have tried 10 times in the past 2 weeks to buy credit complete or Orman on this sight and it never works!!!!!!!!  I have called cs and all they can tell me is that it is all the other bureaus fault ( I keep getting error message 160 and that I need to call them).  I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with equifax and all they can say is it takes 5-7 business days to investigate the problem.  Why is everyone in this credit business so LAME!!!!!!  I can't even get a simple report!!!!  I am going to miss the chance to buy a business (I am getting a business loan) because of the the incompetence of these @#*&#@  morons!!!!  PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!!

Is it not letting you purchase at all?

Are you being charged, but then not able to access the purchases?

There appears to be a problem with the information you provided myFICO matching up with what the bureau has for you.  You have not been charged.

You may want to make sure all of your identifying information matches what your creditors have and are reporting for you.  Also, if you've moved at all recently, be sure to include your previous address.
