new inquiries not showing

I bought a new car last week. My truecredit has reported 16 inquiries but scorewatch has not alerted me to any of them....what is up with that? I feel like I am not getting services I paid for....I did get a alert that my fico went down a few points because of a balance increase on my credit card but yet nothing about inquiries.  Anyone else having problems with this?

Re: new inquiries not showing

Our customer service folks are looking into why you didn't get alerted to those recent inquiries. I'll get back to you in about a week, as it's going to take some digging.

As for alerts to score changes, SW doesn't alert you to ALL score changes. But you can set a Target score so that you can be alerted when that target score is reached or passed. We noticed that your Target alert setting is currently turned off. I recommend turning it on and setting it to the score you received today so that you can be alerted to you next score change.

Expect a PM from me within the next week.

Hi wildcat....Did your TrueCredit report indicate that any of those 16 inquiries were from Equifax? You may want to pull a new Equifax report to see if there are inquiries showing that you were not alerted to. A free EFX report has been added to your Score Watch account for this purpose. If you do find EFX inquiries you were not alerted to, let us know.

Re: new inquiries not showing

Ok I have at least four or five inquiries that I was not alerted to. That is kind of scary considering someone could of stole my identity. The weird thing is that my true credit is not showing inquiries for equifax but showed them for my husband who has true credit but not scorewatch. If you have equifax scorewatch does it block the equifax info on  truecredit? I got concerned because we were applying jointly for the car so we should be showing the same info or pretty close to it.

Re: new inquiries not showing

Ok I lied above....I just looked at truecredit again....down at the bottom where it shows all the inquires they are listed but I did not get alerted like the other two credit bureaus. So there is some reason why equifax is getting these inquiries but is not alerting me. Moral of the story is when I pull my true credit I need to look closely at the whole report not just the inquiries. Also I noticed my credit score went back up for some reason....Are you supposed to get a alert from scorepower when your score goes up? Thanks for your help.....I really do appreciate it.
