This means that a piece of information they asked you for verification didn't match their records. Now this doesn't mean that YOU gave them the wrong information and I have seen it where it was THEIR information that was wrong but the mismatch will still trigger a failed verification. Call them and it will be handled. Then after that try and get a hold of your reports and make sure all your information is right. Good luck.
