scorewatch is not working

Im getting pretty frustrated with Scorewatch.  I set all my alerts to my current fico scores and still no alerts.  I have followed the instructions to the letter and still I get no alerts.

I knew my score was changing because I have reduced my debt and all accounts have reported.  I waited as long as I could and went and purchased another fico today and boom,  there is my increase from 646 to 656...............WHY NO ALERT????

Hi jimblack,

 

We show you've received 5 Score Watch alerts since enrolling on 1/18/2011.  The most recent alert was delivered to you on 2/5 and stated that your score had increased as of that date.

 

As for why you weren't alerted to the 656 score, it can take a week for the service to pick up a score increase based on your target score and we don't know when the score actually changed.  For example, it could have changed a week or a day ago -- we just don't know.  Smiley Sad

 

We've refunded the score you purchased today.
