My USAA AmEx finally reported $4 balance, it was reporting $301 since Oct, which dropped my score for high utilization, eventhough it was paid to 0 every month. Anyway I have not received a SW for this, it was disputed and fixed. Additionally, I had a collection that dropped last week and still no SW alert, which is odd. So now I have 2 things that should have moved my score around, a collection that was under 2 years reported and a high utilzation on revolving credit that was not reported correctly.
When should I expect a SW on this? I did receive the SW alert that there was NO CHANGE however....

OP, how much did your overall revolving util change, or is this your only account factored into util? You won't get a credit alert for dropped balances. You would get an alert if the balance increased, though. If your overall CC util didn't change much (this wasn't maxed), then I wouldn't bet on a score change off this CC alone.
You said it was disputed. Was it disputed with EQ or USAA?
What kind of collection dropped? CA? CO? Are you sure it was factored into revolving? (not discounting the possibility...I've seen it before, but was it confirmed against the util listed in your CRs?) You won't get alerted to baddies dropping, but your FICO is monitored weekly and you will get alerted if your score changed and if that score change surpassed your set target score.
Overall utilization dropped from %39 to .5% with the $4 balance that was suggested I carry. My Utilization was recored as very high on my signup to myfico and it was suggested I was negatively scored because of it. Thats why I disputed my $301 balance not being changed since Oct. The simulator also said I would get a 50 point bump by paying down my credit card balance. My FAKO score did increase with USAA CM just on the credit card balance
not sure why my post was moved here, but I paid to have my score updated and it did increase and SW didn't give me an alert. So basically I spent money for this service and it doesn't work. All my alerts were set for 660, and I passed that score but no SW
Hi, SLK - I will tell you that I've had SW since May or June of last year and it has gone through some spurts, (twice that I can remember) where we didn't get alerts at all for quite a bit, and then they suddenly all started coming in.
I know it seriously sucks when you're super excited to see what is happening. I've called to complain and was told that my issue would be "escalated" to a higher level, and I've also called and heard "cancel then."
Sorry - just hang in there, it will come back eventually....I encourage anyone else having these problems to post AND call so that people that run SW know.
If the scroes went up with out an SW alert, then how did you find out they went up?

I paid for a new score update....
| Your FICO® score has gone up to 664 on March 15, 2012. |

Problems:
1) It's still not showing my updated balance of $4 ( I checked my credit report and it correctly shows $4 from EQ and USAA CM
2) there is no update in SW from a deleted Collection (my only one) less than 2 years old.
3) I had to pay for a new score to get my score watch to activate, albeit 5 hours after the score posted....

Alright I couldn't take it so I purchaced my TU score, and what do you know? My one collection was removed from my TU report, but no SW alert on this removal but a 35 point increase on my TU score....
Questions: Why isn't SW picking this up on EQ? Clearly they didn't calculate this in my most recent score pull, because I assume but scores would increase by the same amount, 35-40 points for having a collection removed that is not even 2 years old...
Why was my quarterly monitor not even picking up this score increase? Do I really have to keep paying $19 a pop just to see if my score changes?
I subscribe to for EQ and TU, but neither is working correctly
