Usaa old approval newly accepted.

I applied a little over a month ago for usaa's cash rewards plus card and was denied but was countered with their platinum visa classic with a 1000 sl, mind you I just got approved for a discover chrome card for 9500 so I needed time to think and I posted for some advice, they gave me 45 days to decide. 

So finally today I decided to to accept the offer for the card and decided to get my foot in the door with usaa and since I'm a rebuilder I'm hoping this card will grow with me. Below is my new portfolio. Dv

Good job DV . Since you are rebuilding this looks like a nice "in" for you. Its my understanding that their classic cards are not real growers but hopefully this will open the doors for their better cards

Good to know AJ thank you but my foot is in the door credit wise. Maybe I can pc when my scores grow or just cold app for a better card, at least this will build history with them. Dv

Congratulations! I was denied their card but they countered with their secured card so I'm debating on that.

Not sure if i recall correctly but USAA secure card doesnt graduate, TamDom08. Id rather go for a Discover secured if i was going secured route.
