AMEX APR Promo Email

Just recently got an email regarding a promotional APR drop from 17.49% to 9.99% for 12 months. Too high still for my tastes but I didn't know AMEX did such a thing via email, so I'll take it Smiley Happy nice gesture, at least!

Re: AMEX APR Promo Email

I did get the same for 6,99% but had to open a case as unable to accept because of my current APR of 10,49% so we will see how this ends for me 😀

Re: AMEX APR Promo Email

I got this e-mail last week too.  I wonder if anyone has tried to negotiate for this promo to be 15 or 18 months instead of 12....
