Amex Additional Card Member

I'm an additional card member on the BCE card and was planning on applying for my own Amex card in the future. Has anyone received an offer from them while being an additional cardmember? Does being an additional card member increase chances of approval? Any personal experiences are appreciated.

My experience was it didn't matter or affect their decision until being at a level that would normally get approved.

I agree that it probably won't do too much to help you, but I'm pretty sure that it could hurt your chances if there were to be any issues with your ACM card......
