Avianca has two Visa cards they have opened up for US to apply for online.
Star Alliance partner, shows Lifemiles on website and after first swipe with no minimum spend earns 60K miles. (with code provided on reddit)
The few approvals I found - since so new, were rather high limits, 10K, 12K and 24K. All over 700 scores however.
TU or EQ pulls or both for some people, a nice reprieve of EX always getting hit.
Some applicants were asked to upload POI, others were asked and did not provide proof and still approved.
Not much early data on these two new cards yet.
Interesting, does not look like they will offer a Visa Sig, and the AF is $149 for the higher of the cards! Yikes. Do we know what Bank it is issued through?
Edit: Banco de Popular Credit Services in Puerto Rico, and you have to be 21 to apply for this card, not that I am that interested but this is discriminatory towards those under 21 like me.

I believe you found the old US Bank offerings. If you click apply then it will give you an error. The link to the new cards is below

Thanks Gmood. It also asked for a letter verifying employment. I can't remember the last time anyone asked for that. They pulled my TU report. I went for the $149 AF since it's waived for the first year. I wonder how they are with PC/downgrades?
