BOA Question?

How does BOA look at discharged BKs? My Bk was discharged on 4-17-08 and I have established credit for over 4 1/2 while I was in BK. My signature below gives the details of some of my accounts.

Thinking about applying for a regular Visa from them but very worried about a decline and wasting an inquiry.

What do you recommend?

I wouldn't waste the inquiry if you do the pre-approval on there site and don't get an offer.

I tried the pre-approval site last week and they came back with the secured.  :-(
 
I did talk to a rep at BOA and they told me I should try for the Plat Visa but you know how that goes....
