Congrats on getting approved. It seems like a lot of work. Key Bank recently asked me for all that: 2 years of W2, last 2 pay stubs, last 2 years of tax returns and 4506T form. I wasn't going to do it, but curiosity got the best of me and they approved. I can now say I completely understand anybody's reluctance to submit all of that information beforehand or in case of a financial review.
Thanks, the drama is over........

Tray,
Congrats on your approval!
Ron.
Thanks Ron....
Reading through everything in this thread is quite a bit. I've had accounts with this CU for a couple of years now and didn't experience any of these issues when signing up online. There seems to be an issue with the portal (www) to the backend (UW) where the verification seems to be timing out on the responses from the sounds of what's listed in the thread. Once you're in though they're very easy to work with. The online banking is mediocre compared to some other CU's but, it works. I called them up 4/15 along with some other CU's for CLI's since it's been a couple of years for all accounts due to not wanting to HP each one. Rep on the phone was quick, courteous, and professional. They do come off a little young on the phone though and it's probably due to their small size and locations.
For the multiple pulls though I would recommend disputing them off and making a phone call to get your memberships / CC's approved.
CC 7/2011 - $5K
$1500 CLI auto 11/2012
Req'd CLI 4/15 pending but, asked for max 40K and should know 4/16 the results and CRA.
