they are from two different divisions of hsbc and I dont think they would allow you to combine the cards. I asked them once about possibility of changing my MC to Discover. They said they can not do because they are from two different divisions of hsbc. You can call and find out. Let us know what you find out. I have MC with 500 and Visa with 500 and Discover with 1000. I might want to combine them all into one. Let us know what you find out.
