Update: The experian dispute, which I filed on-line, took a total of 1 day to resolve the military star issue. Experian balance is now showing the correct $0 and my experian score increased. Easy.

I followed some links on USAA's credit monitoring service, but yes, they linked to this section of the Experian website where I could file on-line disputes.
Now STAR has not reported to any bureau since May 1st for me. Wonder what is going on? Anyone else having issues?
I normally buy something and that tends to solve my problem. Still annoying to always have to buy someting on it and hope it updates.

Quick question, Do y'all have the Chase Visa version or just the Military Star (gold) regular card?
I had this problem once before (I have the regular card) and I ended up having to dispute with credit burea for information to updated correctly.
'Store card' version
Hmm... I followed a link on this thread to check if my Military Star Card was updating on my Experian CR. It seems it is! Lucky me. I am not sure if it matters, but I actually opened this account November 2011.. Who knows
