Negative Balance Reporting

I requested a refund of my $59AF on my BBRZ MC. Not realizing it, I now have a -$59  balance on my BBRZ and it may be reported on all 3 credit reports. Generally, it always reports a $0 balance while one of my other credit cards has a reporting balance of <10%.

How does a negative balance (think: overpaid) impact a FICO score?

No.  It will report as 0 on credit report.

Re: Negative Balance Reporting

When you over pay a credit card balance due or recieve a credit/refund, thus creating a negative balance, reporting always shows ZERO.

Updated scores 3/7/21 TU 849, EQ 829, Ex 818 (all Fico scores) Remember the Three P's: Pay early in Full, Pay on Time, Patience
