I just called last friday and they are investigating upgrading me to Cash+ Signature. CSR Supervisor I spoke to was VERY confident that I would get approved.
Happened to me, too. I was originally approved for 4K Cash Rewards but called, reconned, and got the 5K Cash+ Signature. Very pleased. Good luck and keep us updated!
