Ameriprise used to be part of Amex, if I am not mistaken, so I think they are considered prime.

Ameriprise is a uber prime card is offered through (of all places) BarclayCard and issued by Ameriprise Bank, FSB. It is a hot product:

About the opposite of mine: CapOne 5.99%, Chase 24.24%.
I'm actually paying neither. I just BTed the CapOne balance to another Chase on a 2.99% for 18 months promo. The Chase Card was zero bal as it should be at a 2-digit interest rate. I did take advantage of 4.99% BT with no fee for 2 years and paid off something at a higher rate.
addison 5.24%
juniper 27.99 %
lowest - us bank visa 5.99%. any purchases over $2000 with my us bank premiere loc visa get a 4.25% apr
