Deech, I was told that with green card or legal status all the CRAs start you with a score of approx. 600 - 650. Open a CC accounts asap & keep them below 9% and your scores should rise soon after.
I have lived in 3 states and all 3 laws were.....1 month after starting a job or living there you had to have that state drivers licenseand auto had to be registered in that state. But that was not moving international.
