Yes, we have a great rate with them. We originally had 6.5 but then got 5.5 on an arm because we didn't think we were going to stay in our house long. That's why we want to refi, because it will be up in about 2 years and we want to combine our 1st and 2nd.
I am just praying that they accept my GW and don't slam us with anything else, (I am sure we don't have any other lates) but after reading Timothy's other post, I hope they don't say I am disputing it. I don't quite understand how everything works just yet.
