i asked this question in my post title "success" but I think it got lost. Do the companies on that website actaully read the letters or are we assuming that they do?
I actaully spoke to TWC cable presidents office and told them the same thing I wrote. I wasn't sure how this site operated. I had just never heard of this site until today when you asked me if I PFB.
