DU APPROVED THE FIRS CONDITIONS WAS   2 BANK STATEMENT , 12 MONTH RENTCANCEL CHECK, INCOME TAX W2 AND ONE MONTH PAYSTUFF   PACKAGE WENT LAST WEEK TO UNDERWRITER HE CAN STILL ASK FOR A FEW MONTHS OF MORTGAGE RESERVES? I HAVE FIVE YEAR ON MY JOB.

An underwriter is the one who decides if you get the loan or not regardless of what the automated said. They will clear the loan to close only after they are satisfied that you are fully qualified, afterall their job may be on the line if things go bad. Try to provide what they ask for, and don't take it personal.

I agree with nathan, the underwriters will Verify Everything.

DD is going thu the underwriters stage right now. and she was a student and working.They are asking for a letter from the 

school, to prove that she was a student........Like my DD told me, they are verifying Everything.
