can a CA report to my CR after i have paid a debt if it was not reported before i paid? can an orginal creditor if itthey have never reported before?
fyi: it was a cell phone company and only a few years old. it's definitely within the 7.5 year period.

Yes they can both report, even if they didnt report before you paid the debt.
As long as they are reporting correctly and if the debt isnt over 7 - 7.5 yrs old.
You can try sending a GW letter, asking kindly if they would delete.![]()

Thanks for the response, even if it's not what I really wanted to hear. I've got a couple of things already planned just in case they do put it on my CR. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what their next move is.
