Corporate Cell Phone - Collection on my CR

Hi All,

I'm helping my sister in her rebuilding journey.       She has a paid collection account with collection agency on her CR.     This was for a Corporate Cell Phone (TMobile).   in her name, but her company paid the bill, etc.   She works for a major financial institution in NY.   Her firm paid the collection without her even knowing she had the collection on her report.  

That said, her employer has confirmed it was their responsibiliy and is willing to write a letter to the Collection Agency to ask if they would kindly remove the account from her CR.      

What information should be included in this letter that her employer writes?

Somebody had to send the collections to the CA in the first place in order to be on her report.

They would need to tell them that the account was erronously placed and they were responsible for the bill, not her.  Please remove all reporting from ALL CRAs.

Make sure she keeps a copy of that letter in case she needs it.
