I must say...I'm rather pleased with my results. I still have a LONG ways to go. But this is a great start. I had a PFD letter all ready to send out to one collection account and now it's gone...I've heard of them coming pack...should I reach out to them or hope and pray it stays gone?

I have one account with CS 360 it is with PRA, the rats. They are pushing this to the bitter end. The final resonse date for them is  by the 20th of this month and it is getting on my nerves that they are pushing things.

The account is not mine, more technically it was a secured account that was closed in 2012 and my deposit returned to me. They could not have 'verified' the account. It is well past it's SOL of three years and they are reporting it wrong on both TU and EQ.

I personally would wait to see what CS 360 tells you about contacting them.
