Just wanted to pass along some good news....I sent a GW to HR accounts via their website two days ago.

today, I received a notice from them via USPS, that stated they have submitted a "universal data form" to all three CRA to delete the acct from my CR.

SCORE!!!!!!!!!

Gets me motivated to see if I can have some successes elsewhere.

thanks for the great info on this forum.....we do not have to just "sit back and take it"....we do have options with this stuff.

thanks.  I was PLEASANTLY surprised!   

the interesting thing, is that I tried to GW over the phone with them about two weeks ago, and was told that they dont do that.

so....persistence is the key, it seems.

I have a couple of more that I am going to GW again, also.....this time, in writing.
