Judgement and Lien on back account

I can use some advice here...

I recently found out I have a judgement on me and my bank account has a lien on it. The money had to be placed back into my account because I am on social security disability. However, I still have this judgement that I am completely unaware of. It is not on any of my three credit reports nor do I ever remember being served anything. It comes from Pressler & Pressler which does not have a good reputation at all. What can I do about this?

You will have to go to the courthouse and pull the file. Get the details and backup on who placed the judgment and how were you served. Maybe you weren't served properly.
