Mild Confusion Regarding TFC 392 and OC/Third Party collection

How is everyone doing? I had a question about how to approach this? First Premier still owns the debt and they are what is being reported on my creditor but they are using another company to collect the debt. Because of FPB still owning the debt, I sent them the TFC 392 because I felt like it would do no good with Integrity Solutions. It was recieved and signed for by First Premier (staring at the green card) but I'm still getting called daily. Even though they are calling on behalf of FPB, should I send them a DV also? Thanks in advanced for any info...

TFC 392 is a DV using the Texas special statute.  DVs are intended for CAs, not OCs.  Not sure it would have any merit if sent to FP.

And that's what's throwing me off. I've read that someone in the past has had success with this. I didn't know if it would merit sending it to Integirty Solutions since they don't own the debt and are only acting as "representatives" or to First Premier because DVs usually go to CAs.

It wouldn't matter if they were only representing the OC or not.  They are a CA that's attempting to collect a debt, they have to answer it.
