I just typed up PIF letters for an old Verizon Wireless account and a local CA relating to an old ultility bill. I live South Korea and want to send these out in the easiest, yet most secure way as possible. I don't know if I should send these letters directly from SK via regular air mail or first send them to my brother in the States (also the address I'm requesting all further corrrespnsence be send to) who would then send them certified mail for me.
I've read mixed opinions on this very same question on this site and still am unsure. I purposely never signed the letters, just put a name and address.
PFD do not need to be sent CMRRR. Just regular snail mail is fine.
You can type your name.
Thanks Guiness for the quick reply.
