Are they federal or private loans?
If they are federal, go through Direct Loans (I don't even know if anyone else is doing federal consolidations anymore). Having your loans through them will give you access to all the usual federal benefits, and the ability to start working toward the public service forgiveness if you work in a qualifying position.
If they are private, I would shop around for the best terms and interest rate. Start with your current lenders and any other institutions you have a relationship with. Not many lenders are doing private consolidation loans anymore, and if you don't have good credit, you may struggle to get good terms.
