20 Point Drop?

Ok so... My score just dropped 20 points. I have no new accountsn no others have dropped off,  and I'm actually less in debt (by several thousands of dollars) than I was the last time my score changed (for the worse (4 point drop). Went over the report and there is no difference other than less debt being reported than the last time.

Somethings NOT right here. I am also noticing many others are facing the same delima right around the same time... What gives?

Score was 769 now is 747.

Welcome to the forums!

Where did the score come from and which CRA is it?

Re: 20 Point Drop?

Were these scores actually FICO scores? If so, it is possible you might have been rebucketed. This is a concept I have trouble understanding and do not totally agree with but you can do a little research and find out more about it on this site.

Starting Score: 582
Current Score:
Equifax 684 MyFico 10/10/11
Transunion 659 lender pull 7/6/11
Experian 690 lender pull 7/6/11

Goal Score: 700
