EX lists 2 years of Hard INQs - shouldn't they only count one?

My EX report lists 2 years worth of hard INQ. I though that only the last 12 months affected your score...is that correct? I had over 20 hards in 2006-2007 and I am hoping most of them before June 2007 will not affect my score.

They list two years' worth for potential creditors to admire; only the most recent 12 months' worth counts in scoring.
