Why is this causing a 23 point drop

please see below - I received an alert that my score dropped 23 points and
this was shown as the reason....can someone please explain?
fyi...I have sent out a dispute indicating I did not close the account and why does it say charge in one column and not in the other??

Well if you closed the acocunt at zero balance it probably affected your utilization percentage.  How much other revolving credit do you have open? One of the reasons never to close a card.

 

Contact FH if account should not be closed.
