I was looking to refinance my car loan, but I was wondering does anyone know if cap one does their typical 3 hard pulls when applying or what bureau they use?

Yes, they do 3 hard pulls. I refinanced with then a couple years ago and have no regrets.
I'm fairly certain Cap One pulls all three bureaus no matter what you're applying for.
why I dont use them for anything.....thats a bit much imo
