I think that's pretty unusual. While there's a chance they never pulled, it doesn't seem like something COAF would do or I've heard of them doing personally.
Give it a week or two and check again. Sometimes there is indeed a delay.

Thanks. Still no update as of today - would have assumed it would be quicker than that (kinda hoping it doesn't show up so I don't have a wasted HP while trying to get a new car).

I think that's what happened. You are on the Cap1 Blacklist since you burned them so recently. If you're blacklisted, many creditors won't even pull your CR, they'll just immediately decline your application.

Yep, I think you just applied too soon. Pretty sure they'll take you back at some point, they don't seem to hold grudges forever. YMMV.
