Starting FICO Score 2007: >> >> 533 -- God those were some Dark Days !! I am kind of lost its hard to follow, so you applied for a loan and were denied and are upset? Or are you upset that a banker didnt pre-pre run your application through herself before she put it in the computer? That would be awesome if bankers could run your application before they put it into the system and give you a definitive answer, then run it through the system with a guaranteed approval. But I dont think it works that way?
I doubt any employee quit because of her. If I had a job of however many years I dont think Id quit because one person, if there was an actual valid reason they were making me so angry and it was a valid reason id probably just file a report and get them fired, nobodys immune from harrassment laws. But if they arnt doing anything like that, you could just avoid them?
Sorry I was really confused for part of it I couldnt tell if you were Jane or Trish or someone else or if you were the bankers side telling story or the applicators?
Its also hard to prove harrassment if she is doing something to you and you keep going back for the same punishment for 6 years. =/ Looks more like you are spiteful than it is an actual problem.

Denied Loan has nothing to do with it. She knew my fico as well as me and knew how sacred it was. The way I gave been talked to for 6 years along with she dud not pre run it as she has everytime before knowing I don't want hard inquiry especially for nothing. I'll recover and some of the response I got made me realize there are some stupid people here period. Someone trying to tell me I don't have a sue and he knows nothing she has said in past. This woman falls under strict guidelines to customers.
If you're going to call people here 'stupid' then it's probably better that you don't post. Whatever anger you have, valid or not, needs to be directed at your bank, not posters here

If I understand correctly, any large drop in your score would be because you raised your utilization by putting part of the auto purchase on credit card.
While the banker may well have made a mistake in HPing your credit without thinking the situation out fully, at most her actions will cause a few points drop. The major damage was already done when you bumped up your card utilization, which it was in no way her fault.
The good news is that you can recover from high utlization simply by paying the card(s) down.
Don't give yourself (and a bunch of other people) headaches and ulcers over this. It's not worth it and you're not going to gain anything.
I'm a little confused. Whenever I've gone to a bank for a car loan, they pre-approve me (for a certain amount) and either give me a check or have the dealership fax them the purchase agreement so that they send the money directly to the dealership.
Previously I always got checks, but recently banks have said some people got the checks, but didn't purchase the vehicle. Thus, the new strategy of checks or money after the purchase agreement was signed. is that what happened to you?
My thought is for the OP to calm down. I'm hoping you bought the truck because you needed it (assuming this because you did a cash advance from credit cards). so what if your score drops right now, unless you will be applying for something big. Your credit score will rebound. Another suggestion, use the money you will be paying an attorney to sue this banker and apply toward your utilization.

If the OP's account is accurate, s/he put the car on the credit cards first, then went to the bank for a loan only afterwards. It's a little hard to tell, but that's how the OP presents it. In that case, s/he is trying to blame the banker for the cc utilization when the only thing the banker is guilty of is placing an HP on one or more credit bureaus.
OP, if I'm misunderstanding, and you put the car on the ccs only after being denied for the installment loan, please correct me.
However, even if that were the case, why would you run up your ccs knowing what the high util would do to your sacred FICOs? Could you not have tried another source for a loan? Family member? Prosper or Lending Club? Could you not have bought an inexpensive vehicle for cash?
