So I'm rather new to the MyFico World and I must say, I'm HOOKED! However, I found by researching that there wasn't a whole lot on here about LightStream Loan Approvals or anything but I can definalty say it was the easiest process i've ever done for a Car Loan.
I decided to ReFinance my Truck as it was a high interest rate from some previous bad credit. However I was able to obtain an Unsecured Auto Loan Refinance Loan Approval from LightStream. Previous loan was at 15.14% Interest rate and I was able to get it from LightStream for 4.99% for 36 Months. I Didn't extend my term and I was able to save a HUUUUGE amount of interest by going through them.
It was a very simple process. I filled out the APP online and in about 15 Minutes they just wanted to verify income, sent them my paystub and boom! APP APPROVED. Funds were in my account the next day and I Paid my truck off!
They pulled TU for me. My TU was sitting at 699 with an income of around 90k per year. I recently had a BK in 16 but it doesnt show on my TU report. (weird) Thankful for that though.
I thought I would share the process with you all for anyone looking for a loan from them. Super simple, Super easy! Loved it.
PS. I also got an Unsecured Personal Loan from them as well. 10k at 5.99%. They even used the same INQ from TU to approve that! (how awesome is that?)

decent amount about light stream in the personal finance section as they have killer rates on debt consolidation loans... Congrats on your refi that certainly will save you alot of moeny. Suprised they pulled TU for you as you are very lucky as they are a very conservative lender and pulls EQ 90+% of the times and the BK would of stopped you in your tracks. Alittle bit of luck never hurt anyone and getting by them with it since not showing on your TU

Congrats. Anyone else on here do a lightstream loan and knows how it reports? How many points did you fall after it reported?
Congrats on the double approval. From all I've read, people have been pleased with Lightstream. Glad you got out of the high interest payment and paid it off as well. Cheers!
