NFCU Pre Qual Example

Ive noticed several post inquiring about what a NFCU auto loan pre qual actually looks like, Ive popped in my account today and saw the offer, figured post a screenshot.

I just looked in the my offers section. Nothing yet. I hope it pops up soon. I fully intend to try to get an auto loan with NFCU come July.  May I ask what your scores are right now. I am trying to gage when and if I will receive and pre Qual offer.

EX and TU are floating around 720, EQ (which they SP every 2 months and base prequals off of) aroun d710ish.

This is marketing, not a pre qualified or pre approved offer.

Pre selected is the key word with rate as low as.....

It says you were pre selected with rates as low as 1.99%. Pre selected is marketing, to bait you to apply. If you don't believe me call NFCU and ask if you have been pre-approved.

I've been around long enough to decipher marketing vs pre approval. If you've ever seen NFCU's auto pre approval you'll know. Their "pre-select" verbiage is basically the pre approval. I received emails along with mailed flyers regarding same. Thanks
