Hello All,

Wanted to see if anyone IIBK Chrysler Capital and were approved after BK by Chrysler Capital on a new or used car.

I am having my hearing on oct 23rd and giving back my Jeep Renegade to Crystal Capital FCA and am hoping to get another one. Any information is much appreciated, thank you

I have no experience with Chrysler Capital, but am quite certain that they will not take back your car at a loss, and turn around and give you a new loan on a new car, that's not how things work.

After your BK discharge you will have to get a high interest (15-20% APR) car loan from a "bad credit, no credit, no problem" lender. Make your payments on time for at least 6 months and you can probably refinance at a lower (under 10%) rate.
